Born and raised in Northeast Ohio, Gina was brought up on the Italian staples – food, family, and laughter. With the desire for big city life, she graduated from the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago and never looked back. Working in restaurants in big cities such as Chicago, New Orleans, Philadelphia, Las Vegas, and Minneapolis equipped Gina with the knowledge to provide an unforgettable dining experience to customers. Now planted in Wooster with 25+ years of experience, Gina is thrilled to share her first business venture with you, Andio Sisters.
